The purpose of this course is to introduce learners to the foundational elements of the residential building permitting process in Lee County. Through a series of interactive lessons, you will explore how each functional area - Planning, Zoning, Development Review, Building, Code Enforcement, and Operations - works together to guide development from concept to completion.
