American Heart Association (AHA) Heartsaver K-12 First Aid CPR AED

This course is for students, teachers, coaches, and staff in grades K–12 ONLY. A valid school ID is required at check-in.

The AHA’s Heartsaver K-12 First Aid CPR AED course prepares participants to:

  • Provide first aid for common injuries and sudden illnesses
  • Perform CPR for adults, children, and infants
  • Use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)

Training follows the latest science from the AHA Guidelines for CPR and Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC).

This is an Instructor-led course that includes:

  • Interactive instruction with an AHA Heartsaver Instructor
  • Hands-on practice for first aid, CPR, and AED skills
  • Skills testing for both First Aid and CPR/AED

Important Registration Information

  • You must use your own personal email and cellphone number when registering. This is required to receive and claim your AHA eCard.
  • Arrive early — instruction begins promptly at the scheduled class time.
  • Check your confirmation email for payment processing and additional instructions
